i believe

I have had a lot of time to reflect. It helps me to be inspired to outlining where I am and what I’ve learned and what I find important. I think what we believe becomes our reality when we like our life accordingly.

What I believe in:

. I believe that what we call the “real” world is not always reality.

. I believe in deeds.

. I believe in embracing your age and your history.

. I believe people should be cherished and celebrated.

. I believe in being true and trusting. Not giving your heart away, but giving people the benefit of the doubt.

. I believe in honesty.

. I believe in optimism.

. I believe in responsibility.

. I believe in warmth and its power to heal.

. I believe in smiling at strangers.

. I believe that few things are lasting. Bonds based in service to humanity and love for your Creator last.

. I believe in families. I have so many brothers and sisters.

. I believe in humility.

. I believe in making mistakes and correcting them.


. I believe in singing and story-telling. Because its part of our history, our culture, and our beings as humans.

. I believe in music and its power to lift us up.

. I believe in art.

. I believe in unity.

. I believe in working toward the advancement of humanity. Through health, academic, and spiritual education and perhaps most of all, hope.

. I believe in hope.

. I believe in contentment and progress. Every hardship, relationship, or major experiences has the potential to literally change the structure of our brains by building synaptic patterns of thinking or reaction.

. I believe in the harmony of science and religion.

. I believe in courage.

. I believe in challenging myself.

. I believe in learning.

. I believe that I should create in myself qualities that I find attractive.

. I believe in adventure.

. I believe in nature and its exemplary harmonies.

. I believe we lead rich lives especially if we take the time to notice.

. I believe in patience.

. I believe in grace and elegance.

. I believe in possessing a “pure, kindly, and radiant heart”

. I believe in emotion and not being ashamed.

. I believe in noticing people and being a comfort.

Can I just start by saying, one thing that I am not ok with is women putting themselves down. Or women putting other women down. There is enough of that in the world already. Be proud (but humble)! You were created in God's image and His work is perfect!

Maya Angelou is an incredible light! Her story is inspiring. She wrote the poem Life Doesn't Frighten Me at a young age. Such a phenomenal woman, strong and warm. I love her!

She gave birth to one son, but considers all girls around the world her daughters! Here she introduces here book Letter to my Daughter:

sometimes my heart feel so softened, happy, and tender that i can be easily brought to tears. i feel that now. i had such a great evening reading and discussing the Baha'i writings and i feel like gushing.

this keeps resonating in my mind/heart/soul:
